Advantage Kids was founded in 2012 after a "friendly dinner" our Founder, Dr. Bob Ronstadt, hosted with an intimate group of tennis lovers. He says a couple hundred bucks got them started teaching Lakes Region tennis. Now, it's a whole community of donors, trusts, corporate partners, foundations, and individuals that keep Advantage Kids serving the entire state!

Board President Tim James is a Lakes Region local who rose up through community tennis, attended Bollettieri Tennis Academy, and went on to lead a successful business and tennis career.

Suzanne Vitko, Board Member of Advantage Kids and USTA New Hampshire, AK Seacoast Area Manager, lives and breathes the sport of tennis.
Today Baker, Yogi and Board Member, is devoted to social good. From instructing yoga and mindfulness for the Lakes Region summer programs to working for social justice and women's organizations in Boston, she leads with compassion.
Board Secretary Kathy Peverly joined the AK board a little over a year ago and is passionate about our unique Tennis + Yoga program.
Alek is an honorary leader at Advantage Kids, having at 16 years old organized the first ever Rally for Tennis teen-lead fundraising tennis tournament and digital fundraiser. He has a leadership role with our organization whenever he wants it!

Tennis Coach and Screenwriter Justin Chaffee is a busy guy, coaching the entire Mount Washington Valley for Free! Tennis + Yoga year round programs.
Coach Brian Beck is a USPTR and USPTA Certified Tennis Pro, and the Head Coach of all Dover and Seacoast Area Tennis + Yoga, Match Play, and Jamboree offerings
Chris Chaffee played tennis at Fryeburg Academy from 1999 – 2003 and was ranked alternately #1 and #2 in singles. He continues to coach and play, and is the Coach for Mount Washington Valley Tennis + Yoga programs.
